Most Derbies with be fished onboard Passin' Gas.
June 24 - SOM
We fished east of the Belle River Hump to start off the morning (3 hours) and
went 0-0. We pulled lines, set back up at the Hump, and made a west troll
toward the Barn. We would take 2 fish and miss another. Our first
fish of the day ended up going 49.5"X19" and held up for 3rd place in the honor
system tournament.
Here were the standings:
1st - 50" - Big Fish - RELEASED
2nd - 49.75" - Miss Megan - RELEASED
3rd - 49.5" - Passin' Gas - RELEASED
Crew - Captain Adam Heinrich, Mike Rymar, Tug, and Guest
June 6-7 - Joe LePage
We would end up going 6 for 7 over the course of the weekend. Our two
largest fish were both in the 40-42" range.
Congrats to the winning fish:
1st - 31.75 lbs - My Mistress - RELEASED
2nd - 30.15 lbs - Ship It - RELEASED
3rd - 29.30 lbs - Yellow Belly - RELEASED
1st Place Junior Release - 46" - Huntress
1st Place Adult Release - 51" - Big R
2nd Place Adult Release - 48" - My Mistress
